The sacred work of being human

I’ve begun a new season of life, so I am no longer contactable via this website.

I have left it open for individuals or groups to explore its content because we are living in challenging times that invite us to live meaningfully in today’s world. The information on this website is about sowing seeds of possibility for a viable future — Change from the INSIDEout, a contemplative approach.

May this website be a balm and an inspiration for those seeking to walk humbly within the wider Earth community, guided by wisdom and compassion.
