Reframing my challenging experience into meaning

Cancer impacts each person in a unique manner, marked by its own set of challenges and emotions. I wrote a series of snapshots regarding my journey with bowel cancer. These snapshots enabled me to reframe my challenging experience into one of meaning. The artworks connected with each snapshot are photos taken by a family member or me. They were integral to my reflections, as images can often soothe a fragile nervous system in ways words cannot.  

Each week, I will share a snapshot. The reason for sharing them is that I found wisdom and helpful practical hints shared from others; I hope my snapshots might do the same.
