Reframing my challenging experience into meaning

Cancer impacts each person in a unique manner, marked by its own set of challenges and emotions. I wrote a series of snapshots regarding my journey with bowel cancer. These snapshots enabled me to reframe my challenging experience into one of meaning.

Each week, I will share a snapshot. The reason for sharing them is that I found wisdom and helpful practical hints shared from others; I hope my snapshots might do the same.
